Health and Safety

Please do not bring your child to class when he or she has a fever, fresh cold, deep cough, rash, diarrhea, vomiting, or other contagious diseases, as the will not be allowed to participate for the day.

• GTCC staff and volunteers practice sanitary diaper changing procedures.

• Evaluation plan is posted and emergency procedures are in place.

• Teaching supplies and classrooms are kept clean and sanitized.

• The two-person rule is strictly enforced at all times (children are in the presence of two adults or more at all times).

You (parent/caregiver) will be notified during service if:

Departure/Pick Up Process:

At the end of service or at communion time (if you are meeting your child for communion), please present your sign in card to pick up your child. For safety reasons GTCC ministry staff and volunteers will only release children to authorized caregiver presenting this card.
